Looking down from a narrow ledge, I am filled with respect for the heights our forefathers climbed. Overcoming any obstacle of treachery, there must have been a goal hard-pressed in their hearts and minds. Many have been conquered by the deceptive and dangerous characteristics that define this great mountain. So I am fortunate to continue where their paths ended for youth springs from no fountain.
