The fanciful flowers spoke in whispers to the visiting butterflies of things yet to come.
The butterflies informed the graceful birds in passing, who told the cherries and plums.
The babbling brook spoke of it to the thirsty animals who came to drink her waters.
It was the foxes who warned the mighty bear clan to secure their sons and daughters.
The lush, green grass of the meadows cautioned the grazing bison to stay ever vigilant.
Those with wings soared from kingdom to kingdom to reassure them against ambivalence.
Multitudes of fish and crustaceans crossed the deep, dark oceans to protect themselves from slaughter.
Furious Lions, tigers, and panthers swore by tooth and claw to devour every wicked marauder.
The oldest and wisest of elephants held absolutely no recollection of any human such as this.
Previous men had allowed time and morals to replenish their necessities without becoming remiss.
These new men suffered from a dreadful, blinding sickness which destroyed their spiritual connection.
In their affliction, they had sought to replace their everlasting souls with a financial misconception.
Needs were now replaced by wants and acquisition became their means of obtaining self-worth.
His wandering eyes were green with greed as his single-minded gluttony endangered all upon the Earth.
Even Mother Earth herself proved not immune to his unbridled desire to become wealthy and fat.
Equality was of no use to this type of misled being, who cared not about the glaring facts.
The inevitable truth is that one shall not fall far from the other, in spite of his material girth.
The unseverable ties that bind us to each other and Earth are spiritual and inherited at birth.
Mind-altering greed had stripped him of his humanity just at surely as he has savaged the planet.
To have the opportunity to put all on one accord is a power that we can ill afford to take for granted.
An infected spirit festers and allows for division, hatred, jealousy and unhealthy competition.
The rape and molestation of humankind inevitably becomes a routine part of the circumcision.
The unchecked spread of the greed bacteria weakens the strong moral fiber of the entire world.
From this horrific spread of immorality, a destructive plague of crime and deception is soon unfurled.
Possessing a dead and decaying soul thrusts him further into the facade of his own importance.
Those who understood the faults in his inhuman way of thinking were soon faced with conformance.
The instant gratitude intrinsic to greed made the challenge of seeing long-term consequences gigantic.
For the Tasmanian Tiger, the Passenger Pigeon and innumerable others, the time has passed to be frantic.
Such subtle infirmity is a cunning destroyer of once strong and virtuous people and nations.
The savage pillager rests in posh dens of iniquity, comfortable in his secret, ghastly abomination.
Faint ghosts of the once majestic Dodo wander aimlessly through thick forests that no longer exist.
How long must humanity allow this sickness to decimate, before we find ample strength to resist?
