Beef Bacon Sampler


*Ingredients: Beef bacon strips, 2-3 eggs, shredded cheese, cooking oil, instant grits, 1tsp butter, black peppercorns

 

*Directions:

          Beef Bacon

·         Preheat oven to 365 degrees

·         Place bacon slices evenly spaced in pan

·         Sprinkle black pepper or peppercorn medley evenly on the bacon

·         Place the pan in the oven for 10-15 mins (or until desired texture is reached)

·         Remove bacon from the oven and allow to drain

          Eggs

·         Coat a large pan with cooking oil

·         Place heat on medium-low for 5 mins to preheat the pan

·         Crack eggs into a bowl

·         Sprinkle in a light dusting or black pepper and sea salt

·         Mix the eggs thoroughly

·         Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble for 4-5 mins or until desired texture

·         Remove the eggs from the pan

Grits

·         Place butter in a bowl of water

·         Place the bowl into the microwave for 1 min to melt butter

·         Mix in instant grits (Add water to desired thickness)
